I don’t know if it’s true or not, but if it were I wouldn’t expect police to fess up so easily.
The cops who were filmed killing a man in broad daylight aren’t cooperating with investigators.
MANY dirty cops in that town. I wouldn’t trust any of them to tell the truth.
