You put one foot in front of the other. You seek a friend. You are bearing too much alone. Reach out to your friends. We are here.

Really? What’s the lure of being a “gratuitous” sex symbol on the sidelines. NFL Cheerleaders don’t get paid for practice or field time, yet are forced to comply with an arduous lifestyle of high maintenance hair, nails, gym, dance practice and special appearances for little compensation. Cheerleaders agree to a no fraternatization policy with the players. What’s the attraction?

My sister-in-law was a Ravens Cheerleader, it did nothing to advance her career, and when she gained a few pounds on vacation she was shamed by her team mates. She went on to say how the cheerleader management team make all cheerleaders try-out every year for the squad.

We are intimate 3-4 times a week, but I’m still hungry and I still take care of myself most days.

You should discuss high doses of antidepressants just to help in the short term. Is high-intensity exercise a possibility for you? A plant-based diet + anti-inflammatory supplements (curcumin, krill oil). You sound like you are in a crisis. There is help for you. 1-800-273-8255

What if your spouse out lives you?

I am so sad that my wonderful children have grown into hypocritical children who can’t cut the cord.on their own kids. We used to love eaxh other and have so much fun together. Now they always have something to complain about in regards to how I handle their children. I take very good care of the them and am available anythime they need me. For days at a time. They are all under school age. It’s not going to get better either. I drive hours to keep them or bring them to my home. I raised great children. It hurts my feelings.

Uh, "cut the cord" is a phrase for people who can't let their teenagers and young adults do age-appropriate independent things. Not for people with preschoolers! Preschoolers!

My wife had a procedure which I was initially against but it was really important to her. She looks great.

But I know what you’re saying about ageism. I work in the tech industry and we’re flooded with millenials. I’m 47 and in good shape, stylish, etc. But, my hair has started to get thin and I’m self conscious about it. If I start showing skin I will buzz my head and keep stubble everywhere. But, if I make an ugly bald guy I won’t hesitate to get a hair transplant which is not inexpensive.

I did this about 15 years ago and while my kids thought I was crazy my husband was very supportive. I wasn't doing it because of hiring ageism I just didn't like what I saw in the mirror. I had inherited my Dad's fat bags under my eyes and his turkey neck (but I did adore my Dad!). The work I had done made me look rested and not stretched and I felt great about the results. And as husbands say, a happy wife makes for a happy life. My MIL loved my more rested look so she had a little work done and was very happy. You might be surprised about people in your circle as many people get something done but don't talk about it.
