It's funny the people who fight to open carry AR 15s at Tavo Bell are trying to argue it's okay to murder a guy for a holstered handgun that he never touched and had been taken before the shooting.

here's a slow down video of the pink lady's perspective. At 0:48 you clearly see an ICE agent reach down and take the victim's gun from its holster. The ICE agent who fires the first shot (in black hat) is standing to the left watching. The black hat (natch) THEN draws, and as the agent who took the vic's gun walks away, black hat moves partway around the victim and shoots the vic in the back. J*sus.

He was filming at a distance and stepped into the street to help a woman that was being attacked by ICE. He was NOT protesting with a gun. He looked nothing like this MAGA hero:
