The issue with seed oils is that they’re in so many processed foods. It’s the processed foods more than the oils that are concerning.

I don't understand how the same people who are so anti-vaccine talk about medical researchers only wanting to treat. The vaccines take away all need to treat diseased!

Vaccinated people get diseases they are vaccinated against all the time. The Flu and Covid being the most obvious ones. They aren't nearly as effective as their supporters claim.

Vaccines, like any medical intervention, aren't "free." People suffer side effects, and those side effects accumulate as we increase the vaccine schedule. Vaccines are then uniquely provided legal protection against anyone they injure. Kids are noticeably less healthy now than they were just a generation ago. Vaccines may be directly contributing to that outcome.

Vaccines have this almost totemic power over people. People will stuff their kids with sugar, plop them in front of screens all day long, and shuffle them around in a car everywhere but think they'll be just fine if they just get a few more shots.

So what if it is? People take daily insulin for T1D. Daily statins for high cholesterol. Daily meds to keep their HIV levels undetectable. People are on long term chemo for advanced stage cancer and it can keep them alive and with a good quality of life for years longer than in the past. If it takes a daily pill to keep Great Aunt Millie out of the $$$ nursing home and in her own home - that’s a huge breakthrough, is it not?

You're basically making my points for me. Modern medicine is much less interested in "curing" people than in treating them. T1D for instance: feeding people insulin is much more profitable than fixing the underlying autoimmune issue. From what I can tell no one even really knows what causes the autoimmune reaction, and there isn't much research into figuring it out. Why would they when they have a customer for life?

i have no idea. i take daily pills for allergies and to keep my migraines at bay. if i can take a daily pill that stops me from getting alzheimers, you bet your stupid behind i will take it. my mom has parkinson's and her daily pills let her keep living. what would you like her to do? die so she doesn't need to take pills anymore? i wouldn't like that and neither would she - and i thank gd that big pharma has enough incentives to help her stick around, that she's still here with me.
