That's not true.
And the dog was rehomed, and they got new cell phones right before they were to turn theirs over etc etc. Shady AF.
If you think it’s shady that they got new cell phones then you must also think that the AARCA investigator is shady because he got a new cell phone and deleted the hundred plus text messages between him and the defense team.
NP-They went out of their way to get rid of the cell phones, the day before they had to hand them in. One drove it to a military base to chuck it! You may think KR did it but you can't be serious if you think this is normal behavior. Your fact doesn't make this fact any less suspicious.
Brian Higgins lives right near Joint Base Cape Cod and he has access because he's a federal agent. He frequently cuts through the base on his way to and from his Cape Cod home, which does not have municipal trash service. He drops his garbage on the base frequently, there is nothing nefarious about this.
Brian Albert upgraded his phone at the phone store like many of us do - also nothing nefarious.
Of course they both probably have a lot of stuff on their personal phones that they would have preferred not to share with the whole world - I certainly do, and I'm a boring middle aged woman with zero sex life whose idea of a wild weekend is the new season of Wolf Hall and a pint from the local artisan ice cream barn.
The whole defense conspiracy defense is utterly silly and requires magical thinking to accept as valid. The data prove John never went into the house and was incapacitated less than a minute after exiting Karen's vehicle, which has his DNA *inside* the tail light housing and his hair stuck to the lift gate in the area of a noticable dent and adjacent to the broken out tail light.
It's beyond ridiculous that this case is a global phenomenon cult of personality. But then so is Trump, as was QAnon and the pandemic conspiracy theories which persist seemingly ad infinitum - people online are still telling me I'll soon be dying an agonizing death from the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines I've received.
Carl Sagan nailed it.
