Keep it up, Alexandra. It’s ok to be hungry. It’s just a feeling. Agree that exercise is critical. Wish I felt better

I’ve lost 10 pounds. And I have so much more energy!!
Before I stopped the sugar, I would be so tired after having sugar.
Cravings went away after the 3rd day.
Good luck everyone!!!

Anonymous wrote:Wow Alexandra—great job losing almost 10 pounds!! That’s a lot of work. Sounds like you are almost halfway?
Sending you all the encouragement. I think carbs are also easier to just grab and eat and we are all exhausted with our lives. You are amazing.

Interestingly it’s not the sugar that’s been the hardest it’s CARBs and salt. Maybe I’ve finally cured my sweet tooth? Idk. It’s still hardest when I get too hungry. But making sure I’ve got really healthy food on hand takes time and energy. I’m fighting a cold I got from my son so I think I’m feeling especially low on energy. Trying hard to stay strong though…
At least it’s the weekend!

How’s is going? It sounds like you must have lost weight if you’ve stuck to this for six weeks. Impressive. Carbs are not all bad? What’s tripping you up?
Anonymous wrote:I did OK yesterday! Not perfect, but OK. I ate well with lots of veggies and fruits and had three snack size candies after dinner. I did not have too many calories. Getting up for my walk now.
