14th amendment. Just need a court to affirm that the citizenship by birth does not apply to illegals. Just like it does not apply to kids of diplomats of kids of invading soldiers.

We've gone over this 100 times before. Please refer to prior threads. No asylum claims heard for anyone inside the US to start.

There is a massive backlog for hearings because Republicans refuse to provide the funding for more judges and officials to examine asylum claims. Over 80% are not legitimate asylum claims. Nor will they reform the visa program to allow needed workers to legally come and live here and work here on the books.

Why won't Republicans provide the funding to expedite, staff up and expel the 80% that are illegitimately here, or help solve any of the other problems? It's almost as though they are going out of their way to worsen the crisis.
