Trucker had the green light, biker was in the wrong

So it was ok to hit him?

Yes. Bicyclist are considered vehicles and need to follow the laws as if they’re a car. They pull that card when it’s convenient for them, yet forget about it when it’s not. You want to play a stupid game? Here’s your prize.

Wow. NO. WRONG WRONG WRONG. You are NOT allowed to intentionally hit someone just because they were blocking a green light or "not following the rules."

If you have a driver's license, it should be revoked immediately for getting something SO wrong.

Sorry, didn’t see him. I looked up, saw the green and went. I hope he’s ok….

See how that works?

It's on video. If the trucker didn't see the biker, then he has really bad vision, and should get his license revoked just for that alone.

It’s such a manipulated event. It’s so obviously inorganic, because there’s nothing organic about the GOP anymore.

His employer didn't think so, so they fired him.

They just didn’t want the publicity from people that like to be "outraged" for no reason.
It’s pretty simple, the trucker had the right to be in that lane, the biker was being an ass.

The trucker was being an even bigger ass

A guy on a bike blocking the road is being an ass, but the truckers blocking border crossings etc are fighting for freedom.

Uh... just like all those f--king truckers are breaking the law!

What law is the trucker breaking in that video? Running a green light?

So if you're at an intersection and someone hasn't cleared the road, you go ahead anyway? Then the trucks attempting to get through the blocked roads should just keep going. What law would they be breaking?

Most of us don't.

According to this guy, we can just plow into the idiots blocking the ambassador bridge. Completely legal!

DP. I have no idea what the law is in Canada but everywhere I've practiced traffic law, you're legally required to control the speed off your vehicle so as to avoid collisions. Having a legal right to be in the lane doesn't change that.
