Sounds nice, but there are an estimated 1,000 girls, now women, who were victimized in this sex trafficking ring and they deserve to have the people who abused them punished. If you saw the press conference yesterday, you would realize that these women aren't going away. There are more Americans who support the files coming out than who want to cover them up.
It’s not only the specific men who abused them that deserve to be punished, it’s also the institutions that laundered the money that exchanged hands and the government officials who did not protect the girls, starting with Alex Acosta, who need to be held accountable.

I think the files will be doctored. However, I also believe that the level of incompetence in this administration means that they will have done a terrible job and a few things will slip through ( I also hold out hope and there are a few intentional slip ups).

Most of the people who initially gave depositions are still alive. Most of the people on one side or another of the emails still have them. All of the evidence came from somewhere and it can (mostly) be gathered again.
