Correct
Leftist and liked D.

Yes. He was in a romantic relationship with him roommate who was in the process of transitioning from male to female.

At the end of the day, I don’t care about his politics. He is a deeply evil human being.

What I care about is that Charlie’s wife is now a widow and his two children have to grow up without a father. I care that they were in attendance and saw the murder of their husband/father.

It’s been so amazing to see how much Charlie Kirk inspired the world. There have been vigils all around the world in many different countries. I know Charlie would be so humbled by this.

Make no mistake, Charlie was assassinated because he was getting through to the younger generation. His influence was huge. He is a martyr. He is gone but his name and influence will live on forever.

While I take issue with most of this post, I wanted to point out that the bolded is factually incorrect.

The left doesn’t own this person. What about his MAGA parents?

He killed a “MAGA” figure. He isn’t “MAGA” and his parents’ political affiliation doesn’t matter. Nor does them owning guns matter. Many people own guns and most adults are capable of buying a hunting rifle at any time they wish. This is 100% to do with whatever online gaming communities he was involved in that egged him on. The roommate seems to have been a part of that as well. If you seriously think Kirk was shot bc the killer didn’t find him to be “mega” enough, that is delusional

You are okay with gun owners becoming suicidal and shooting themselves? I’m not. It’s not okay to shoot anyone not even oneself. Mental states fluctuate.

Believing guns shouldn’t be available for purchase to anyone, ever is a separate topic

Is it though?

His MAGA, gun nut parents failed him.

They did. His parents let him go to a leftist college that brainwashed him.

Surprisingly enough, most mass shooters in US history do not have political motivations. They are simply disturbed men with broken psyche. But no one wants to admit this, because it implies our culture has gone down the tubes. It also implies it there is threat out there we can't so easily conteol be because it is politically agnostic. It could be anyone in the future that isn't so easily groupable because it wasn't politically motivated. That's a far scarier thought, because how many young Americans are out there now with brain rot due to too many video games or too many tiktok videos?

+1. We know more about this guy than the guy who tried to assassinate Trump at Butler, but they both seem to have similar profiles.

The GOP wants to blame it on leftists so they can continue to crackdown on those who disagree with them. They will use the death of a human being to spread more lies and march us further and further into authoritarianism.

Are you sure about that. The alt-alt right seems like they do.

Sad there are so many groups that hate this guy it’s impossible to pin it on one group.

Not really. Go read the news or get out of your bubble. Most people left, center and right did not hate Kirk.

The small uninformed factions that hate Kirk are alt alt left.

Anyone paying attention and concerned about the rise of MAGA and Trumpism knew that Turning Point was bad news.

It's safe to say that his militia upbringing had a role but so did the roommate/boy-girlfriend. It's all connected and they are all internet nut jobs.

But if you prioritize the issues here, the trans roommate is the least important unless he is an accomplice. It all began with Tyler’s parents giving him machine guns obviously.

They can't be separated like that. They fed into each other. The main common denominator is the radicalization and violent rhetoric that came at this guy from two different angles.

Nope the #1 common denominator is that a radicalized person was given guns.

It's not because if it wasn't a gun then it would have been a bomb.

Sure, let’s get rid of guns first.

Zero people killed by bombs in the US last year.

>40,000 killed by gun violence.

Seems reasonable to start with guns.

Can you break out that 40,000 gun violence figure?

What was gang on gang, self defense, accidents, police line of duty, domestic disputes, and how many political assassination kills?

I could if I thought that was relevant.

You are free to also do research.

FBI gun killing stats are pretty robust
>75% gang on gang,
5% self defense,
1% accidents,
8% police line of duty,
3% mass shooting of over 1 person/ non gang;
5%+ self defense /domestic disputes,

and how many political assassination kills?
<0.01%

lol. I won’t even bother doing a real analysis. Please note, though, gang-related homicides does not mean gang on gang. It includes innocents.

Here’s the chat GPT
——————————-

Your breakdown of U.S. gun deaths by type contains several inaccuracies. Here’s a corrected and evidence-based breakdown:

🔍 Breakdown of U.S. Gun Deaths (2023)

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), in 2023, there were 46,728 firearm-related deaths in the United States. The distribution was as follows:
• Suicides: Approximately 58% (27,300 deaths)
• Homicides: Around 38% (17,927 deaths)
• Unintentional (Accidental) Shootings: About 1% (463 deaths)
• Law Enforcement-Involved Shootings: Approximately 604 deaths
• Undetermined Circumstances: Around 434 deaths

❌ Debunking Your Breakdown
• 75% Gang-on-Gang: This figure is significantly overstated. Studies indicate that gang-related homicides account for about 13% of all homicides annually .
5% Self-Defense: Self-defense gun use is extremely rare. Research suggests that defensive gun uses by private citizens are infrequent and not a common justification for firearm possession .
• 1% Accidents: This is approximately accurate. Unintentional firearm deaths accounted for about 1% of all gun-related deaths in 2023 .
• 8% Police Line of Duty: This is an overestimation. Law enforcement officers were involved in approximately 604 deaths in 2023, which is a small fraction of the total gun deaths .
• 3% Mass Shootings (Over 1 Person/Non-Gang): Mass shootings, typically defined as incidents where four or more people are killed, account for less than 0.5% of all homicides in the United States .
• 5%+ Self-Defense/Domestic Disputes: While domestic disputes are a significant context for homicides, self-defense situations are rare. The percentage of gun deaths resulting from domestic disputes varies, but self-defense incidents are not a major contributor to gun-related deaths

Your estimates significantly overstate certain categories, particularly gang-related deaths and self-defense incidents. The majority of gun deaths in the U.S. are suicides, followed by homicides, with much smaller proportions resulting from accidents, law enforcement actions, and mass shootings.

Half suicides by gun.

Seems like a small handful of mentally ill suicides migrated over to the “Mass shootings” and “political assassinations” small fry category the last couple years. The ones who wanted glory and attention.

Please cite real, verifiable sources for this. There certainly is plenty of evidence the far alt-right were after him. Where are the death threats from the "left"? Exactly WHO do you mean by "the left". Where did "they" call for his death, versus vehemently disagreeing with him.

This is a huge accusation you are making. What is your specific and verifiable proof?

The groypers hated Kirk. You could say it was right wing Internet gang violence. White on white crime. So does it really count?

For me this has nothing to do with Kirk, right or left. It’s just time for change. You would think once such a gun advocate was murdered, shot, we would wake up and attempt to change something, anything.

His parents turned him in. They saved lives, fool.

The roommate and online gamer group could have saved lives and turned him in beforehand.

But they chose not to.

Are they on suicide watch now and going to do due process?

The Utah governor whose words you take as sacrosanct said the roommate didn't know.
