Nope all the talent would jump ship and goto the competitor. MVLA I high ranked ECNL girls club in my area tried to leave ECNL on the boys side and were told they would lose girls ECNL and immediately back peddled. Because even though they are a great club you need the platform otherwise you risk losing those elite players.

Parents don’t make those decisions. The clubs do. And parents do care. That’s why this forum exists in the first place.
