I can’t believe she made squeaky clean John jump into her mess. I would be so embarrassed if I was renowned in my career, with industry award wins and respected by my peers and I had worked a long time to get to that spot, then I had to jeopardize all of that because I was forced to defend my messy attention-obsessed bullying spouse.

I can forgive some things in a relationship, but publicly embarrassing me over and over ain't one of them. John choosing to go down with the sinking ship I guess.
