I'm one of the plastic surgery posters. It's extremely obvious that Melania is a woman who undergoes cosmetic procedures, and this is around the time that she would be getting a refresher, and I would assume that when she does so she would attempt to lay low for awhile. Just seems to be the most plausible explanation. But sure, I suppose she really could have had kidney surgery.

Yes and most hide out, especially if they are likely to be photographed if they make an appearance. Why is this so hard to believe? Trump's been in office for 16 months. Don't you think this is about the time she'd be getting tweaked?
