That’s not how lawsuits work - you don’t have to prove anything in your complaint. You had to have a reasonable belief that it’s true under ethical rules, but that’s it. If it was made up entirely for example the parties could be sanctioned. However the relief is so much more specific than is required that I’m sure its intentional to demonstrate what is known (and what is likely alleged elsewhere in the complaint).
