12 or 13 to FVU, 2 or 3 to VDA, 2 or 3 to Arlington??
Good for them.
Agree. Good for them. NVA did it to themselves.
FVU was better than NVA this past season, so not sure why FVU would take so many from NVA, if the 12-13 number is true.

The 12s are stacked with talent, and the 11s finally have a squad that can close out games. Was it just an off weekend, or is there something deeper? Did players skip team practices for ID sessions?
yes…. Yes they did. And even were picked up by ecnl teams. Who would have thunk it?!

Despite what you’d like to believe, my guess is these are all current parents on NVA players. I think there’s a serious lack of respect and loyalty amongst the staff for each other and it’s pouring over onto the field and their players. Nothing worse than a club with a bad culture that starts at the top and has no where to go but trickle down. This won’t bode well for the future of NVA, at least not on the girls side. It’s really unfortunate too bc there’s a ton of talent at NVA if the coaches could just get their heads out of the cloud and work together they could do some good things over there.
I heard two of the NVA coaches got into a shouting match on the WAGS sideline and it didn’t end well. Not a good look for NVA and also what a horrible role model for the kids!
Which age group?
2011s
Yikes. What coach was removed from the sideline?
For sure there are enough context clues in this thread for you to figure that out.
But who removed him? The Technical Director?
Was it RP or DB that was removed
RP has gone from lookin like a tough macho man to a woke emasculate soy boy lmao

VDA doesnt want there talent depleted so they will be soon to follow. FVU is going to lose ECNL status within 2 years if they cant fix boys. And from watching how they run IDs, it aint going to be fixed. Disorganized and they dont really have ECNL quality facilities.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:These kids are more than likely exhausted mentally and physically. We should all feel bad for them with everything that’s happening at the club.
This is exactly what many said would happen to the NVA girls side with the administration decisions favoring the boys side. It sucks for these kids. Sadly, it's only going to get worse on them going forward as folks continue to bail on NVA.
Thank you for your input VDA dad or coach.
NVA's moving early to GA cause they know the scene's gonna shift. You seriously think ECNL girls are gonna be the kings forever? Nah, they're playing the long game.
Nobody in Fairfax has ECNL quality facilities. Arlington does, VDA does, both aren't in FFX.
Ample parking, actual facilities on site, multiple turf fields on site.
None really apply to anything within Fairfax County surprisingly, not to mention the county hampers all the clubs because of deals with FXA further restricting field access.
