I did OK yesterday! Not perfect, but OK. I ate well with lots of veggies and fruits and had three snack size candies after dinner. I did not have too many calories. Getting up for my walk now.

Hi everyone. I successfully managed keto for about 6-7 weeks than fell off when I went to Disney for a long weekend and haven't gotten back on the horse. I'm going to try as of tomorrow.

It's super important for me; I'm not on it for weight loss, keto manages my moods and eliminates my anxiety. I've been pretty bad off without it.

Hi Kate nice to hear from you. I’m 6 weeks into WW and struggling a little with motivation to stay consistent. Interestingly it’s not the sugar that’s been the hardest it’s CARBs and salt. Maybe I’ve finally cured my sweet tooth? Idk. It’s still hardest when I get too hungry. But making sure I’ve got really healthy food on hand takes time and energy. I’m fighting a cold I got from my son so I think I’m feeling especially low on energy. Trying hard to stay strong though…

At least it’s the weekend!

Good breakfast without meal, lunch of leftover chili and planning a salad for dinner

Oh it’s been up and down here. Fortunately I’m generally getting enough exercise but I’m not eating very well or very consistently well. Trying to recommit today.

I’m so glad you are finally healthy Kate! We have had tons of colds but nothing too yet (knock on wood). I’m up early and can’t fall back asleep so I just did a yoga video while everyone else is asleep. I always forget how hard yoga is! Will have to be extra vigilant about sugar today- I struggle the most when I’m tired.

Have a great day!

Stayed on track yesterday. First time in forever I was under 25 g of added sugar. Going to do it again today! Heading out for my walk. Hope everyone has a good day!

All right. I can finally breathe this morning without my chest groaning. I’m gettin mg back on the low sugar wagon. It’s time. Heading for a walk and to the gym. Wish me luck!

Hope the new eating patterns are sticking and you’re seeing the progress you want.

Hi Alexandra! I have really been struggling to get back to full health. It’s a little scary. But I am definitely trending better and was able to work out three days this week so far. I’m probably eating more sugar than I should be but I’m just focusing on recovering and eating enough to gain back the weight I lost.

I’m so thrilled that you are doing well with WW!!

Hi! I did not mean to disappear. WW is going well although I did plateau this week. I eat very very little sugar, which is good. I definitely need some fat to be satisfied so I generally use my points on small amounts of olive oil, avacado, small servings of cheese and some carbs. Fruit vegetables and pure protein is free! I am really proud of how I’m eating. It’s mostly the accountability of logging everything but it’s simple enough that I can stick with it (instead of counting calories). I do need to figure out how to manage an occasional splurge. I want it to be sustainable.
Hope you are totally back to health!
