I only want the best for Jen. She has entertained me for many years and what I see now is not entertaining. It is distasteful.

Brandon is a little worm, cheating on the mother of his children and the breadwinner for his family. Tina may have the looks but she does not have the brains if she believes Brandon will not cheat on her as well.

I encourage you all to ignore Jen’s code shilling, cruise and vulgar videos. Support the Jen of the past and her inner child who is still growing.

Tyler is a little worm for manipulating Jen. He is an actor and may engage in other emotionally abusive tactics to force such a radical change in Jen. I shudder at how he must talk about her behind her back.

We do not need to spend a single cent to support Jen. In fact, we should not. I never have and I consider myself one of her most dedicated audiences. We need to lift her up in love while stripping her down of the evils of men, greed and fame.

When she returns her focus to family, friends and faith, she will regain true success. I would rather be one of an audience of ten people if she is healthy than one of an audience of a million gawkers cringing in secondhand embarrassment.

It feels like she might be planning to sell her house and/or move or something? First clearing out her storage shed, renting a dumpster, refinishing floors etc, now a ‘warehouse sale’ with no explanation other than “its time”?

Well, not completely done as they haven't completely cancelled yet. But yes, technically you could join, be billed for one month, and then put it on hold? I have no idea if there are parameters to how long you have to have been active or if there's only xxx amount of months they allow you to be on hold....

Because it was a pretty steep price for very little return. The book picks were actually really good. The extra things were not, and were not worth the money they cost. I didn't care about having extra access to Jen and never really took advantage of the author interviews. I will say some of the Spotify Playlists the authors created were decent. I cancelled it within a year, i think by the 5th or 6th month I was over it and put it on hold. She (or someone from her team) sent a couple "we want you back!" Emails but it still wasn't worth it.

So any number of those 4K could have been book club subscribers for just 1, 3, 6, or 12 months and then done? That would be way more typical of a “subscriber”-type situation than finding thousands of people (especially in this $$ economy, and also in this constant-entertainment-tech-world that has everyone’s attention-span so shortened) who stuck with any club or subscription year after year…

4,100 Book Club subscribers paying $40 a month? Jen is definitely making serious bank here. That's like $164,000 a month. She might be spending bulk sales pricing for the book of the month from the publisher like $10 on a $25 hardcover. Add in the shipping and handling and materials and little prizes that could be another $8 a box or so. I am sure that the author's agree to spend time with the club for free as it's an automatic 4.1K in sales for them. Jen is probably clearing $5 a subscriber, or around $20,000 a month. Not bad at all. Well done, Jen. Credit where credits due, I say. Smart business model here and not grifty.

Jen's last post really was reminiscent of her earlier writing- very reflective and unblinking. Hoping she finds true love this year.

Podcasts can make you money via the ads, and you get paid more to actually READ the ad, which is why so many do (and fall pitifully flat trying to sound authentic and enthusiastic- and I am looking at ALL of them! Well, except maybe Andrew Huberman)

Did anyone here take any of the ME courses? The only one that caught my attention was finances. My husband has always managed our money well, but I need to know the numbers better, and it makes me anxious.

I wonder where Jen's income comes from? She's got to have some pretty steep outlays. Mortgage, insurance for youthful drivers, assistants, business managers, Broadway trips etcetera.

She makes money from what? Online promotions and kickbacks, book advances, speaking fees, the book club, the podcast and the MeCourses? How much $ can this be?

She hasn't announced a new book since the cook book not even saying she's writing anything so maybe those days are over?

She tours way less than she used to to much smaller crowds.

The book club, does anyone know how many people are paying the monthly fees on this? She might clear a few dollars a member a month which could definitely add up if she has 1,000 subscribers paying $33 a month. But if it's only a few hundred that's not a lot of money after book costs, packaging costs, and S&H.

The MeCourses don't seem to be selling too well based on super weak online interaction and they look pretty expensive to produce. If she's making a lot of money on these I'd be surprised.

The Podcast is a big mystery. I hear of tales from friends who work on podcasts produced through iHeart Media who say you can make a lot of money but I think these podcasts are huge performers. I don't think Jen's doing that well in hers anymore. The guests are petty B/C League these days.

Re: the most recent post about SBK2023. Let’s remember she overdramatizes all emotion. Sounds like depressing times but in reality it’s likely just a regular, boring time of life that we all go through. But we must make it some teachable moment to get clicks, hence the link to her blog in the post.
