I know he is not a dog to be named whatever but I do wonder what is in his long term interest. Anyone have ideas about that?
The name is the least of the issues. Most families who adopt change their kids names. I only know of a few families who either kept the first/middle name given or did a joint name with the birth parents if that was an option, which is what we did.
He was a beautiful Chinese name. I don't recall it, but why now use that name?

I hope a reporter investigates to find out who has this boy and then runs a backgroun check on the family.
The courts will not care. If the new family adopts, the court will require a home study and a few home visits in order to adopt, hopefully but it depends on the court.

Maybe with enough complaints the state, CPS or someone will investigate. There is a woman named Sophie Ross who seems to be closely following Huxley through all of this. She was the one that confirmed he was in foster care and waiting to be adopted. Also, Steph Mcneal from BuzzFeed is trying to find out exactly how Myka and James Stauffer found an individual to give him to.

They wanted a sn kid, but not one that was too sn. Were apprised of this kid’s needs but after a few years dealing with SNs doesn’t seem so cute as it did when he was little. This kid doesn’t fit with her vocal fry voice, perfectly sculpted eyebrows, penchant for home make overs and deep cleaning of the house. the “new” mommy apparently has the “‘medical training” despite Kyla being a registered nurse. The husband acts like his wife adopted a recalcitrant puppy that they had to “re-home.” It took both of you to fail this kid. You’re both YouTubers making a mint, so you have the resources to help but I guess meltdowns don’t go with photo shoots of maternal bliss of doing it all.
YouTubers and sponsors, dump the chump James Stauffer who would give up his kid after 3 years.
He has no sponsors, he just posts car detailing videos. And they both gained thousands of followers in the last few days soooo...
Thousands of people following in order to write messages of condemnation soooooo.....
Actually I’ve seen a lot of messages of support as well.
