I agree. I watched that video over and over, trying to determine who was in the wrong and it's pretty clear - the DAD! What he did was so incredibly obnoxious. Now, I won't deny that the woman looked pretty annoying too, but this situation wasn't her fault.

But she didn’t catch the ball…it was never in her hands, it landed in the row in front of her. There’s always a scramble of people trying to grab the ball. You don’t get to demand a ball from someone because you wished that you had caught it.
