While that's a nice sentiment to think, unfortunately your last statement is not reflective of reality.

A poll of Israelis revealed that almost 60% think Netanyahu is not using enough force in Gaza and only about 2% think he's being excessive. There are close to a million settlers illegally living on disputed areas where did they routinely commit war crimes along with the IDF. Almost everyone serves in the military and the number one role of the IDF is to enable and protect the settlements. The genocidal government is very much an accurate reflection of its society.

I realize 95% may be a generous and overly hopeful guesstimate but I'm still confident the majority of Jews and Palestinians in the region don't condone the disgusting warfare tactics of the IDF and Hamas.

An end to the current Israel/Gaza conflict would likely have negative consequences for Israel's current leadership. As it is, all the murderous Hamas and IDF idiots need to be exterminated, one way or another.
