And, his new defense counsel has huge issues with his original defense. That is part of the problem. Incompetent counsel.
Doesn't change the fact that Chansley's counsel had access to the video. Doesn't change the fact that Tucker Carlson is dishonestly only showing 4 minutes of video and not showing for example where Chansley refused to be escorted out.

FFS. No, It DOES NOT "PROVE ENTRAPMENT."
That footage just tells me that some of the Capitol Police officers were at best MAGA sympathizers and at worst insiders colluding with the Oathkeeper/Proud Boys plotters of this seditious scheme. And recall that several Capitol Police officers were disciplined and dismissed for conduct unbecoming. I'm betting the officer in this footage is one of the ones who got disciplined.
