If you can’t win your pool, then it probably doesnt matter what “tier” your in. Thanks for the explanation though.

I misspoke. There are 3 pools to a tier. If you look at tourney and scroll all the way to the bottom you can see which pools are in the same tier and how they will crossover. I think the only missing info right now is which pools make up each tier.
