Well, they actually tried pretty hard to warn everyone, handed out the details of the virus in early January, shut down entire cities to stem the spread.
No, I don't blame China for welcoming the virus to America. I blame you for spreading it to everyone you know.

LOL- except for all the people that get it and don’t know…
I should have said, when you're sick from covid (symptoms), you know you're sick with covid. It's not a cold or flu.
I hear what your husband is saying but as a counterpoint I had the worst throat ache I’ve ever had in my life a few weeks ago. Lost my voice, body aches and chills, coughing, just awful. I was sure I had Covid and got two pcr tests spread out over a few days and rapid tested every day. It wasn’t Covid.
My husband had this and didn’t get a positive test till after symptoms resolved. His doctor said he had several patients with the same issue.

Just got over it last week. Assuming its new omicron.
Day 1: dizzy, felt warm although not a fever, but a degree higher than normal for me (98.5 instead of my normal 97.5). Raspy voice. Tested negative
Day 2: Sore throat, voice really raspy.
Day 3: nose was running like crazy (but was thin mucus, I can see why people think its allergies), had mucus in the back of my throat that made me occasionally cough, but really not that bad. Sinus pressure. throat less sore
Day 4: sore throat gone, I was told I sounded really stuffed up although I didn't really feel that stuffed up. Light cough.
Day 5: still raspy and sounded stuffed up, but felt fine.

Hmmm I am PP and that is interesting. I guess in that case I either had seven false negatives or didn’t have Covid. Either way there is nothing I would have done differently.

What day did you test positive?
