Team has the talent, just got little direction from Pride on the recruiting front. Hopefully the girls are given the guidance and attention they deserve. A team that played in the top tier brackets, played one of the top 5 toughest schedules, and is ranked in the top 20 should have many more commits.
“Played one of the top 5 toughest schedules.” How do you know this?
Hats off to Capital and Pride for playing the @1 and #2 ranked toughest schedule respectfully last season. Clearly the difference in the programs is not the talent, but the recruiting direction.

In short: No.
Hired a new full time recruiting coordinator. Good step.
That should have been their first step, not the step to try to save face with girls that also had to go through the process
Pride has been a revolving door of recruiting directors.
Why? And Why haven’t any of them done their job?
Pride is about to announce their full-time paid recruiter for the entire organization since they now support high school teams (think it's a coach from the college ranks).
