Thankfully KM is finally realizing that a "recruiting coordinator" takes a lot of effort. The current one is the AD at a High School, coach of a lacrosse team and Pride recruiting director. I think it is safe to say she was stretched too thin and the Pride 23s were the victims of this oversight.

Hats off to Capital and Pride for playing the @1 and #2 ranked toughest schedule respectfully last season. Clearly the difference in the programs is not the talent, but the recruiting direction.

What’s your source for these teams playing the top 1 and 2 ranked schedules?

Of course, Capital had a much better record against that tough schedule than Pride. So there was a difference.

Assuming you are talking about the pride 23 black team. Yes agreed they are indeed a very good team and it’s a shame that KM sold the kids and parents a smokin mirror type recruiting effort, lots of promises that could not be filled. At the end of the day, that was a huge dis-service to the kids, and that’s exactly who Pride hurt. Capital did well of course with recruiting. Hell, even va metro (looking at their website) did really well with their recruiting efforts. It maynot be all top 5 schools but looks like they found most all their players a good school to call home that’s a good fit. Kudos to metro. And for KM, shame on you for not having more insight into your business and staying on top of things, because in the end, the kids suffer. I hope some of those pride 23 players can find a good home this summer. Just my two cents

Pride is about to announce their full-time paid recruiter for the entire organization since they now support high school teams (think it's a coach from the college ranks).

1- Pride has had hs teams for 4 years now 2- it would be a violation of NCAA rules to have a college coach as recruiting director.

Who is it? Overdue but good step. Old director was allegedly discouraging college coaches from looking at some of their own girls.
