I’m saying that the defense attorney keeps saying that it wasn’t catfish. Even if it wasn’t, they still killed CB and JR so it doesn’t matter.


What evidence do you have that they killed CB?

2. Blood spatter pattern on his shoes

Circumstantial evidence - the timing of the 911 calls (ie, if Joe had stabbed her, he would’ve had to have done it before the first call - since by the time that fist call was placed, he was actively dying. If CB had been stabbed before the first call, the Au pair would’ve said so to the operator and stayed on the line. Instead she hung up because her boyfriend BB hadn’t stabbed CB yet.

I'm a couple hours behind but watching the audio of Brendan going to hospital. Doctor says "your wife has died."

I assume bluntness by the doctor is the right approach so people can process and understand the news. In a general situation however is it normal for the doctor/officer to stick to their roles and be fairly silent while someone processes the loss of their spouse or do you think they were treading carefully here because it was a crime scene?

Well in the version where they weren't catfished, it would justified to shoot a man who was holding a knife on your naked wife in bed, thats why Brendan wasn't initially charged. If they can prove Brendan stabbed his wife to the jury then its over for him.
