Remember Dr. al Burch, who was raped to death in Israeli custody? Israelis held by Hamas have generally been treated far better than Palestinians held by Israel. It's appropriate, in the context of the picture of a healthy, reasonably well-fed Israeli captive being released, to draw that contrast. Israel is extraordinarily abusive to its captives, and the OP implied that only Israelis deserve to be well-treated.
