SSSAS has great coaching! That should be your first choice. Gussie - Capital owner is a graduate from there as well. They have half of the 2026 Cap Blue team on varsity with just about all of the varsity D1 committed and waiting on a few high academic D3 coming soon.

Neither team posts their rosters, so I can’t give you a complete answer to your question. I did go through this process, and have some thoughts if you care to hear. Knowing what I know now, I should have been less focused on lacrosse, and more or equally focused on the other things these schools have to offer. Visi and SR are both excellent schools, but have different offerings. If your daughter makes the most of her time at either school lacrosse will be one among her many activities and interests. Lacrosse will be fine at either school, so no need to overthink it.

I don't think any NOVA 28 girls are at SR or Visi. A couple 28s that play for Heros are there on the Varsity team for both schools.
A few cap blue girls are at St Johns

No disrespect to SSSAS, but you would have to put Potomac, Holy Child, and even NCS higher on the list than SSSAS.
