The tournament didn't label them 1st, 2nd, 3rd division. I would bet that they just tried to get everyone to play different teams and so that they weren't blowouts. There were a lot of NC ECNL teams. I'm sure no one wants to play anyone they play in the regular season.
Correct! The divisions didn't matter and the groups were placed like a stage group. This particular showcase mixes teams up so you're not traveling to play teams that you would play within your division. Our girls got to play teams from NC, FL, and SC. I actually appreciated that.
