The dossier was PART of what was used for the FISA warrant. And if there was no "there" there, the FISA wouldn't have been extended, not once, but three times. Really, if you can't see how the story has evolved from "no dealing with Russia" to "so what, we like borsch" over the past 2 years, then I can't help you.
