Kids are kids. There will always be good and bad in every community. It’s true, usually public schools have better maintenance for a variety of reasons. Hopefully the school will be maintained well. As a KAA parent, seeing this injection of hate is really sad. Let’s just all focus on why we are here which is education for children, that’s it!

Now it’s up to the next owner to either be able to maintain this school or again, in a few years put it up for rent or sale. That’s just how most real estate works, they travel hands.

Yes, it will be ruined by those grubby gross public school students.
Fcps should totally buy it and just let the KAA
families use it for free.
Yes, that is literally what the KAA families think.
Oh yeah, you can read the undertones of their posts. Their children are too good to mix with those nasty public school students.

Its in great shape because it was only built a few years ago, and heavily subsidized by the saudi govt.....not because your precious private school snowflakes float through the air causing no wear and tear.

There are Jewish and Catholic private schools that no one blinks an eye at kids attending. It makes sense that some Muslim families would choose an Islamic private school. I don't begrudge parents making that choice for their child.
I don't understand why there are some posters that seem to think that we should be worried about the KAA families in this thread, what happened to the school is not a FCPS issue. But I don't begrudge anyone the choice to go to private over public school. And I don't think that most parents are disparaging public school kids when they make the choice to go private.
