They also sent a message saying all u15 and under teams will play in their Dulles sponsored tournament but our team is not listed on the flights.

they probably just used the club admin's name as the manager for all the teams that didn't have managers

We're not at Herndon but our club always nags for managers by claiming they absolutely need someone in place in order to register the teams for the NCSL and VPSL leagues. How can there be no managers for all of these teams so long after registration was due for the leagues?

Only via general emails from the coach, haven’t spoken to him directly. We have heard from team manager, but not often. And even then it seems as though she doesn’t know much.
