Judges make stuff up I guess.

Republican judges make stuff up to protect the powerful.

You disagree with their interpretation of the law. Eh, it happens.

The judges in 1973 literally made up Roe vs Wade out of thin air.

Ok sure. These judges are special, not like those 1973 judges.

Yes, SCOTUS today didn’t make up a law complete with breakdown of regulations by trimester. Why is this all confusing to you? Interpreting the constitution isn’t making up legislation.

The SCOTUS today made up a law that gives absolute immunity to the president.

Nixon orchestrated an actual break-in. His orchestration wasn’t documented. He was pardoned by his successor after his resignation “so the country could move on.”

The Democrats are tying themselves into knots trying to convict Trump of doing what scores of hoarder ex Presidents have done. Biden’s garage was full of boxes of classified documents yet he is not facing charges.

The Supreme Court had to issue this ruling. It’s our last hope before this country descends into a total banana republic.

to this day, Ford pardoning Nixon has had repurcussions as evidenced by your statement.

Trump staged a failed coup attempt. No other president has done that.

Equating Trump's response to the document issue with Pence and Biden is just apples and oranges. The latter both found documents, reported it to authorities, let authorities go through everything without objection and otherwise cooperated. Trump did no such thing at any time, went to lengths to hide and shield boxes and lied about it multiple times.

Trump is the only President who attempted a coup and tried to illegally overturn election results. THAT is banana republic stuff.

No other President has tried to prevent the Constitutionally-required transfer of power.

People who love our country recognize that Trump and his co-conspirators need to be tried for what they did.

Fortunately we have a court that rectified that mistake.

A court with judges? Please.

A judge interprets the law. He doesn’t make it.

That was in 1972. In 1972, women also had a right to privacy to make decisions about their own uterus. Whatever the constitution said in 1972, it no longer says that.
