the problem is that "the air" refers to regulated broadcast outlets that are subject to FCC rules. Fox "News" being a cable channel, doesn't use FCC regulated assets.

Anyone following the Dominion lawsuit against FOX can see for themselves the emails and messages back and forth with Carlson, Hannity, Rupert Murdoch and others which show plain as day that FOX News is knowingly and willfully peddling lies.

Fox watchers are stupid, poorly informed emotional wrecks, but it’s not like the “liberal” media does its job, either. They inform more and better, definitely, but they’re still corporate media and they’re still doing work that benefits the GOP. One need only look to the 2016 election cycle to see the way they carried Trump’s water. In a nation with an actual informed populace, Trump wouldn’t have gotten out of the primaries.

Of course with an informed populace, the GOP would never have drifted to outright corruption, sedition and treason, but here we are. Dumb republicans who swallow literally any lie they’re fed and the effect is that wealthy heir Tucker Carlson is pushing literal pro-sedition propaganda and the chumps who watch Fox are swallowing it whole.

Yeah. Thanks to the videos released by McCarthy, we have seen that the J6 unselect committee was incredibly biased and one-sided in their effort to paint a picture that was not accurate.
We all suspected this prior to the hearings, but these videos have confirmed it.
Someone should go to jail for not allowing the defense of many of these individuals to have access to evidence prior to their pleas/trials.

Gosh, it’s almost like people who conspired, brought weapons and/or made credible threats were treated more harshly by our justice system. If only we had a code that spelled out what exactly was a crime, and laid out ranges for the fines and jail time. It’s just shocking.

Lots of J6 protesters had knives and other weapons on them. Some also had encrypted radios, zip ties, assault plans made weeks in advance, and were coordinating as designated breach teams. Amazing how the right wing keeps glossing over all of that - even as the Oathkeepers and Proud Boys trials are ongoing with more and more of those kinds of details coming out.

And as more of the video comes out, we find the details are not quite so.

We know the J6 lied about the Shaman and about the police officer dying on the scene. Everything they say is suspect
