I think she's as tacky as anyone else here, but I do think there's an element of this happening with the lighting. Her face is totally overlit and blown out. I'd guess the same on the top. We've all seen the celebratory pics where they're dressed well and then those flashes show their pasties.

As PP noted, those pants are not flattering. The pleats and wide legs and ill fitting belt cinched down to the last hole.
