If there really is something to report, someone will report it. Otherwise it's not serious enough for people to bother.
Not when the director tells the coach who reported him. There is no parent confidentiality in youth soccer. Verbal and mental abuse seems to not be serious enough.
So, nothing serious enough to report then.
It’s my understanding US Soccer has an abuse training for all coaches. If there is suspicion, an anonymous call is made to US Soccer/SafeSport and they will follow up to determine wrongdoing, if any has occurred.
Who do they follow up with?
