Why would they do that?


Because if they play Rap up front or Alex they can’t score and 10 back prevents counter.
Then Rap and Alex can still kick penalties for show and dough

At least I think they can still kick em

He’s not going to outright admit it. You don’t literally play for a tie dummy, but you play very conservatively. He essentially admits this when he talks about one goal only to win. This means he was having them sit back very conservatively the entire match. Again, if you watched the game it was obvious. They were taking little to no risk. They were not attacking as usual. Have you not watched soccer, ever?


So he’s a liar. Can’t have it both way and explains the team chemistry.

No, the color of her hair has been referenced more than once. It's definitely a source of consternation for some reason.

The first 1/2 they did not sit back. From the 75 minute the US stopped playing and the Australian held the ball.

Here's the difference. The women's team players' identity comes from the national team. They use it as their primary means of money and fame. The men's team is the opposite. Their main focus is club football. That's who pays the bills for them.
