I understand perfectly-who’s to say they won’t demote BRYC as a CLUB if they continue to do poorly? I understand they won’t promote one team!

Never going to happen. They will just kick out a poor performing club. ECNL is a club based league not a team based league. Very big difference.

According to the ECNL town hall meeting, going forward ECNL will institute promotion/relegation similar to NCSL with its lower performing teams/clubs. How it will work remains a mystery, but if you have a high performing ECNL-R team that is outshining an ECNL team, they could get the full ECNL spot. A club that has all of its teams in last place is certainly at risk of this happening!

Which age group got new coaches? If one win across all girls age groups is growth, I’d hate to see what decline looks like at bryc. Maybe we’re seeing it now. I predict massive talent loss and fewer wins next season. That means zero wins across all age groups and ecnl pushes them to ecnlr.
That's not how it works sweety. Your DC must play in NCSL.
