ECNL players don’t need this as the league validates their level of skill and competition. FCV players need this because of the bs league they play in.

It is not a camp. But abusing the invites to the regional ID events to keep players at a club is a problem.

They’re also keeping kids in place with camp offers. If the best kids don’t leave for ECNL….then the rest will stay is the theory.

I thought it was an ID event not a camp. The camps are national, not regional.

As one PP pointed out, that is how life works. Even more reason for you daughter to play at FCV. More exposure to YNT ID camps, more D1 scholarships, a burgeoning IMG like academy, clique like stepford culture for the chosen ones, a whinny baby-like GA head coach, a master-race German as a TD, and $25 hamburgers at the James.
