Or maybe because he did not pay consultants to write and proof his papers. Varsity Blues baby. All the scum are in the top universities now. Asians should boycott Harvard.
I don't agree with the rest of your post, but if nearly no Asians applied to Harvard, because of the way racial balance in admissions works, the Asian acceptance rate would shoot sky high, the way it is at some top LACs.
There are top LACs where the % of asians is below the general population, rendering them URMs. Look at the common data sets of them and find out which ones. You will get a benefit especially if ED.
What are these rates please and where. You are the one posting this. What is the data?
So you want me to do your homework for you?
Washington & Lee is one example, where it is only 3.7%

Next time ask nicely instead of tacitly accusing it is untrue and I'll help you with more. For now, though, you are on your own.
Call me crazy - but if this kid is such a genius - why did he not game this system and apply to washington and lee. Would he not have good chance of getting an acceptance?
W&L and other SLAC/LACs are not strong in STEM which is likely what this kid was targeting. If what you propose was a real strategy, W&L would be flooded with TJ kids and it is not. There are no "hidden secrets" in college admissions. Any arbitrage that one identifies is gone within a single admissions cycle.
It was proposed that asian males have an advantage at top LACs that's all.

But come on people, college IS about the ability to score 800 on a Physics test!!!Yes, there are some discrepancies they have to sort out being different grades and should put a little weight on recommendations or ECs but only when comparing kids in the same bucket. I have no dog in this fight. My kids at 1250 and 1450 -- not Ivy. But people actually think this is fair -- I don't get it. Maybe he worked to get so smart or maybe he was born that way ---- doesn't even matter to me. This isn't a job interview. It is selection into an academic program - why should it be based on this. I am disgusted but wish him well.

No one is owed an acceptance in a competitive admissions process.
Seriously, there are a million reasons he didn't get into those 10 schools, ranging from just bad luck to writing terrible essays to geographic preference to letting the entitled attitude show through to anything in between.
And this video sure ain't going to help his cause.
+1. For as much time as people spend on these college forums, when will they understand that admission is about more than stats. The tips schools could fill their classes with perfect stats kids several times over? Thanks It’s a lottery among high stats and people with unique accomplishments once the sports and legacy spots are filled.
