He was doing that 15 years ago back when I was in my mid-20s. If so, it reminds me of that scene in Dazed and Confused, "That's what I like about high school girls I keep getting older, they stay the same age." Both are pretty creepy now looking back on it.

Been in both Democratic and Republican administration and lobbyists social circles. Will say Republicans are friendlier and more fun. In Democratic circles, they’re far more impressed with themselves and serious.
