You know which parents here have children who start racist SM accounts or bully in person. They want to make sure the worst consequence is a tap on the wrist. I just wish they’d name their school so families of color know to avoid it.

Unfortunately, the make up of independent schools have not changed in decades. The expectation is for the black boy to assimilate, be passive and not out perform his peers. My black son is at an independent school, but only because the schools have resources that I can’t find in my local public schools. Black little girls seem to do a little better.
