I'm all for reopening everything once people who want to get vaccinated can, but right now there are plenty of people with underlying medical conditions who can't get vaccinated, let alone anyone who wants a vaccine. We really can't wait another month or two?

No. I can't wait another week. This is the one year anniversary of this whole debacle and I'm done.

Exactly. This pandemic is all about you.

The pandemic was all about an election.

This seems like just another craven give from Hogan to the vacation spots—allows Eastern Shore and DCL to cater to the spring break crowd.
They can open all they want but I’m not going until I’m vaccinated, and will be less likely to go places that I have been going if I think there are no capacity limitations.
Let’s get those vaccines out!

I'm unvaccinated with medical conditions and feel so discouraged. It's hard to believe that everyone who wants a vaccine can have one by May.

I'm afraid this will spike our numbers and increase community spread for those of us unvaccinated.

Does anyone else unvaccinated feel as fearful as I am of catching Covid?

Go get your shot. Sign up for a mass vax site. Noone is checking anything except that you have an appointment.

My life is about me, yes. Sorry, but I've given you hypochondriacs a year of it. That's all you're getting.

Many of us lost loved ones. Over half a million people are dead. Maybe try to show some respect?

This person already told you they don't care. Can't convince someone they should care about others.

"I don't know how to convince you that you should care about other people." -Anthony Fauci

I like the guy but that is naive. Some Americans care about some other people but to think that everyone cares about everyone is fantasy land. If we cared about people we wouldn’t have child poverty, homelessness, etc. If we cant even get it together to keep what is it a few hundred thousand kids from sleeping in a car or on the street every night how on earth would you expect someone to care about some old person they never met who could possible get covid and die like 5 years too soon.

This. A billion times over.
I'm also Tier 2 and I can't partay like it's going out of style before I get the damn shot.

We need to flatten the curve...
We need to stop hospitals from being overwhelmed
We need to stay in two more weeks
We need to stay in another two more weeks
Wait until we see what happens the two weeks after National donut day
We get it.......

Don't worry PP. Plenty of us are reasonable folks who will continue to stay home and be cautious until most are vaccinated. I'm keeping my mask, too, for the grocery store, for the foreseeable future.

The mask mandate isn’t lifted. Enjoy your solitude.

Correct. But not because of science, but because the union and BOE have been dicks about the whole things. It’s time to get on with life.

You Debbie Downers say that every month or two.

There are three effective vaccines, and it appears likely that there will be enough for every adult in America by the end of May. We are vaccinating 2-3 million people a day. We can literally see the end of the tunnel. Everyone who dies between now and then is someone who wouldn't have died if they could have gotten vaccinated. I know that a lot of people don't give a sh** about anyone other than themselves, but Jesus, I hope that marshmallow tastes good.

+1 million

and bonus 1 million for the marshmallow reference.

70 degrees is room temperature, you absolute weirdo.

By this measure it's too hot to wear a mask indoors.
