The website crashed when I tried to confirm my appointment, but I got an email saying it was confirmed! So check your spam folder.

They can’t handle the volume it needs to be less zip codes and criteria involved at a time which will require more days.

Keep trying guys. I was getting that error page for 25 minutes straight. I was using 2 browsers, 6 windows open in each. I just kept starting over and eventually, that error page didn't appear. I just now got an appointment, been trying since 8:59am.

Is ht site working for anyone. I got through to the first page of the questionnaire and now I'm getting an error message. Even when I try to start over in other windows and other browsers I'm getting the same error code trying to even click on the first link to start.
