My skin has been a mess with mask wearing and the cold weather ( I live in Canada). So red and irritated and super sensitive and reactive - possibly Rosacea but haven't gotten it confirmed or anything.

I have switched on only using Cerave, and my secret weapon - LaNeige Cica Sleeping Mask. It's made huge difference very quickly.

A Roomba. I didn't get the hype when it first came out, but I saw a Black Friday deal and decided to give it a try. Life changing for a family of five humans and four pets.

Bombas socks. My spouse got them for me for Chanukah last year. Love them, and that's saying a lot for someone who hates things on their feet! They are thick, but don't make my feet sweat. They keep my toes warm and aren't binding at the ankle. They are so comfortable. I ended up getting them for our kids this year for the holidays.

Isn’t it annoying and messy to have to empty the vacuum daily and brush the dust off all the machine parts every month? I have a robot vacuum and honestly just went back to a bagged vacuum. No dust when I change the bag, which is only once every few weeks.

I have one of my kids empty it out each morning.

I was looking at them. Do you like it? Are you a guy? They are very top-heavy and they are close to the ear and the vibration in hand
how do you manage?

No, I'm female. But my 6 year old is kind of vacuum obsessed and he uses it as much as I do so I wouldn't say it's hard to manage. I wouldn't want to use for 30 min but it's great for post-meal cleanup.

A few favorites this year:

1. Adopted a dog- he makes us so happy
2. A long down coat (NorthFace) which keeps me so warm while walking the dog several times a day
3. Air Fryer - Just 2 of us and I make meals in it all the time- I have a fancy double oven that I hardly use now
4. Weight Watchers subscription- I've lost the 8 pounds I gained during the first 8 months of the CV stay at home and have learned how to cook really good but lean dinners

The Dyson V11 is incredibly expensive and worth every penny. With everyone home and a new dog we use it everyday. Sometimes twice a day. It’s helped us keep our sanity the past 11 months. Can’t believe I just said that.

+1

Bought myself one for Christmas and it’s kind of sad how happy it makes me.

Can you send a link to the Kitchenaid food choper? I got a little one that didn't work well but I'd love one that is effective- I chop all the time....

^BTw I also have the same dust complaint with the stick vacs like the Dysoj. Bought one during the pandemic, rarely use it except to vacuum the stairs sometimes.

(Yes I went vacuum happy with my pandemic shopping).
