How about hiring a SAHM who only has one child?
Hahaha. There are zero SAHM who will take this job.
Only the most desperate of nannies will accept this job — and they will quit the moment they get a minimum wage job at Walmart.

2. Move to a 2 bedroom with a decent living room.
3. You get one room during the day, your husband gets the other room, nanny and baby get the living room and kitchen. Text the nanny BEFORE you come out for any reason.
4. Make sure that you have a lightweight stroller if it’s a walk up. You will want the nanny to take your child out every morning and afternoon, and you guys should get out after work. Staring at the same four walls all day is not healthy.
Where would the baby nap in this scenario?
What I would propose with a 2 bedroom
Bedroom 1: set up as master bedroom with a baby crib in there
Bedroom 2: Set up as an office
Nanny and baby get the living room, but nanny puts baby to nap in the master bedroom.
That’s not workable if both parents have video calls.
Pack-and-play in the living room or move the crib into the living room in the morning.
It's a lot easier for the adults in video calls to put on noise cancelling headphones, than it is to put noise cancelling headphones on a newborn so they can sleep in the living room with the nanny right there.
