I have a relative who went to the Jacobs School and loved it. She also did a double major in the Business School.

The Jacobs School exposed her to many professional opportunities: she had a professional position in the music field for many years, and then decided she wanted to make a bit more money.

So she is now using the business side of her degree and doing well financially. When she was interviewing for corporate positions, they loved to ask about her professional music background. It set her apart from other applicants in a good way because she had such a deep interest and skill development in a field that is different from the typical business major.
