Subject: What ugly things do you hide about your marriage?
Nothing ugly, honestly. Sometimes I think he is boring and sometimes he passive aggressive but otherwise we’re good. Married 12 years, 4 kids.

We are in a sexless marriage. I know they are common but we are both attractive and healthy so I don't know people would guess us.

+1 he can’t hide it w friends or extended family when when all vacation. He tries to by “doing more office work” but that looks ridiculous and all his disappearing does too. It’s his parents family secret- most people on the paternal side have it and they hide it (via never doing new things or spending elongated time with others) and never talk about it. Ironically MIl keeps asking how the kids are doing w school, friends or talking as she tries to determine if it passes to girls... (it did to one).

PP here - OCD. It’s changed our life but he’s not comfortable discussing it so I don’t disclose to others either. It’s isolating in some ways.
Other PP here- Autism and Bipolar, same as his dad, brothers, uncles, cousins.
Hanging out as a group is like being on a crazy, unsafe planet where everyone gas lights you. No one ends up talking at all, it’s so futile.

Shocked maybe, envious definitely. I like to think that we are very adventurous in bed but since I have idea what others do we could be very tame.
Same with us. I like to think our love making is very creative (it helps being empty nesters!) but who knows?! A lot of these threads cover frequency but not much else.

Yep. How humiliating for teenagers. I’m 50 and still remember the swinger couple from our neighborhood. Their poor kids when the secret came out and spread like wildfire. Same with the Ashley Madison mom in our neighborhood. Her sons are mortified.

Ugly? That is a strong word. Are these aspects of your sex life legal?
They are legal but would definitely be frowned upon by most couples given other people are involved.
