Past few days okay.
Ate ~30 mins past window last few nights. I am aiming for earlier dinner and brushing teeth soon after so less enticed by snacks.
Exercised yesterday and today. Yay!
Had one beer tonight. Yesterday, two glasses wine.
I will aim for fewer carbs as eating loads of carbs lately.

This is hard. I wake up every day and think about eating.
But I've also lost seven pounds in 14 days, and that feels awesome. I have a lot to lose and I normally lose very slowly, so this is--if nothing else-- very motivating.
