Maryland would be the only state they had to worry about (currently), whereas if they move to the NE conference they have to worry about NY, Connecticut, and Massachussetts.
NY, CT, and Mass have much lower current transmission rates then many mid Atlantic states.

I disagree. Your actions effect everyone in the county. We can't play soccer in the county and you shouldn't be allowed to outside the county to play. If your players get the virus chances are we will continue what we are doing. Until people understand that their actions effect everyone, then we going to continue to be where we are, which is phase 2 and doesn't allow soccer.
