We are? I've found Principal Bell's communication to be exactly in line with Principal Brody's. She has sent out weekly email updates every Sunday, just as Principal Brody did. A quick email search shows messages from her on August 27, August 31, September 7, September 14, September 21, and September 28.

I can't really speak to any specific interactions with her or how she works with the teachers, but one of the main complaints I read in this thread was lack of communication, and there has been no difference in that regard.

Both of my kids have had great experiences with great teachers, despite the troubles of remote learning. I don't know how much of that is attributable to the administration, but at the very least I have not seen any difference from last year in that regard.

Ok, I'm going to say that I had personal experience with Bell and I'm currently at TEC. I don't care what anyone say but everything that was written about her from her old placements are ACCURATE here at TEC. I had issues and instead of being empathetic to them she had other agendas on her mind. I felt so bad to the point I had to reach out to my union for advise. Now, the school had a VP and instead of addressing that issue it never was spoken. In which I'm highly irritated on that. The school now is giving out dinners. Instead of her addressing the parents and teachers about it, she wanted the teachers to handle that situation. After having a conversation with her personally I don't feel she has my best interests at heart as an educator. I felt like she heard me but not really comprehending. Our talks about "equality " however, Bell is not the right fit for our TEC team. Brody couldn't even speak to me while roaming in the halls with my students. He dismiss my presence and when I arrived to the school not welcoming at all.Now we have this principle currently who just won't communicate with anyone but she wants you to communicate to her about everything. How double sided are we really going to be?

Read the whole chain.
Communication was part of the problem but issues went much deeper.
There is a reason why she is an interim principal.
